About the university

Atilim University was established in the city of Ankara on a green area extending to 250 thousand square meters, with the aim of providing academic education at a high level, and conducting research to produce science and technology. Since its founding on July 15, 1997, Atilim University has taken effective steps to achieve these goals.

The university ranked fourth among the best Turkish universities in the Times Higher Education (THE) rankings and second among Turkish universities participating in physical sciences research. It is also ranked among the top 250 universities in “Emerging Europe and Central Asia” according to the ranking prepared by QS on the basis of teaching and research activities.

Atilim University offers higher education programs through 40 academic programmes, in the Faculties of Engineering, Law, Management, Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, Arts, Health Sciences, Civil Aviation and Distance Education. In addition, the university offers graduate schools of natural and applied sciences and social sciences.

Campus

Atilim University has established a contemporary campus that includes applied centers, including laboratories, scientific research centers, laboratories, and various workshops. It also includes sports facilities and student clubs.

Atılım Üniversitesi’s campus is located 20 km from the city center and 7 km from the ring road. It is located on the MOG campus, which is the only campus. It offers scholarships to success and athletes according to LYS results. The campus can be reached by buses departing from different parts of Ankara, such as public buses and EGO minibuses.
