By 2021, the number of its colleges had increased to 8 colleges, which included: the College of Education, the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Law, the College of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the College of Architecture, the College of Arts and Design, and the College of Health Sciences.

Campus

The campus consists of 4 separate departments located on the TEM and E-5 highways, and the university is generally easily accessible due to its strategic location at the meeting point of land, sea, air and railway.

1- Ataköy Campus

It is the main campus and includes the university’s administrative departments, the colleges of Arts and Sciences, Engineering, Arts and Design, and the Higher Institute for Education and Training.

2- Irinevler Campus

A secondary branch includes the College of Law, the Professional School of Justice, the Department of Foreign Languages, and the College of Health Sciences.

3- Incirli Campus (İncirli)

Vocational programs affiliated with Istanbul Kultur Public University are taught on this campus.

4-Basın Ekspres Campus

It includes the College of Economics, the College of Administrative Sciences, and the College of Education. It is a new campus that was opened between 2018-2019.

Note: All sections of the campus have the characteristics of other city universities in terms of the population density surrounding them.
